DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITY: Neptune Tours, is only acting as intermediary and agent for the suppliers (such as air carriage, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, etc.). Neptune Tours shall not be responsible for breach of contract, bankruptcy or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to any traveler or group member.
Neptune Tours shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside Neptune Tours. Traveler is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Neptune Tours shall not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances or last-minute changes in the itinerary.
PAYMENT: Neptune Tours standard payment policy is as follows: Deposits and insurance payments will be made after making the reservations for the services requested, Final payment must be made before or upon arrival. Payments can be made by Credit Card or Bank transfer to the following address

ACCOMMODATIONS: Price per person is based on two persons sharing twin-bedded rooms with private facilities in first or tourist class hotels throughout your tour. Triple Rooms are available for family or friends traveling together. We discourage triple room accommodations because they are normally not spacious and there is no discount for triple occupancy. Single Rooms are limited but may be requested at time of booking for an additional charge.
TRANSFER AND PORTERAGE: Porterage of one piece of luggage throughout your tour at airports and hotels. Although the Airlines will allow you to check two pieces of luggage, we strongly suggest that you travel with one suitcase and one carry-on.
SIGHTSEEING AND ENTRANCE FEES: All sightseeing as per itinerary aboard a private car, small, medium or large Bus with the services of a government-licensed, guide (For groups only), Entrance fees to noted sites are included.
CANCELLATIONS:
For up to 45 days prior to arrival, there is a 25% non-refundable cancellation fee from the total amount due per person.
From 44 to 30 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee will be 50% from the total due per person.
From 29 to 15 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee will be 75% from the total amount due per person.
From 14 days to the day of arrival the cancellation fee will be 100% of package price per person.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: All participants must have a valid passport ( Minimum of 6 Months ). It is solely the passenger's responsibility to ensure that all documents needed are completed and current. Neptune Tours will not be held responsible for lack of current and valid entry documents.
SERVICE CHARGES, TAXES AND TIPS: All service charges and local taxes as imposed by hotels & any other service provider are included in the itinerary rate. Tips are not included.
REFUNDS: Refund requests, if applicable, can only be honored when submitted in writing to Neptune Tours. All refund requests are subject to cancellation restrictions as set above.
INSURANCE: It is strongly recommended that all participants buy insurance when they come to Jordan since Neptune Tours is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage, trip interruption, expenses incurred due to an accident or sickness during the duration of your tour.
